Source – The Food and Drug Administration – The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Daytrana, the first transdermal patch containing methylphenidate, to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children 6 to 12 years of age.

Daytrana should be applied each morning to the alternating hip and worn for nine hours.

Daytrana is not licensed in the United Kingdom
